Surveys & Questionaires

We would like to get as much input as possible for our events from our fellow classmates. For our upcoming 50th reunion we have a questionnaire that we hope all classmates will complete and send in whether or not you are able to attend the events.

50th Reunion Questionnaire

Our questionnaire is in MS-Word format. To fill it out simply download a copy of it, save it to your local computer, and then fill in the answers at your leisure. Please send your completed questionnaires as an email attachment to reunion@northern1968.org.

All reunion attendees will recieve a copy of the booklet as part of their price of the reunion ticket.
Due to privacy concerns, we will not be publishing the results of any surveys online, so the only way to see the responses is in the booklet.
